The mission team consisted of Linda Keely, Jane Luchene, Pam & Neil McDonald, Jack Newlin and George Waiganjo, our driver and good friend. Typical houses in Western Kenya.
They don't have electricity or running water.

Jane and Linda in downtown Bungoma. A woman protects her baby from the hot sun in western Kenya. A donkey pulls a wagon with two little children. Hopefully he knows the way home as there weren't any adults around.

Bicycles are the main mode of transportation in Western Kenya. Two men carry sugar cane to the factory for processing. A large trailer filled with sugar cane heads to the processing plant. Sugar cane is the main crop in western Kenya.

The Nzoia River, some of the beautiful scenery in Kenya. Neil with Hellen, the secretary at Rehema Orphanage and her son named Neil. Sadly, he passed away later that night. The funeral service for baby Neil. He was buried in the back yard of Hellen's parent's house.

Pastor Peter Nyongesa's wife Clare with their baby named after Pam. Neil teaches at a Sunday morning church service while Reverend Edwin translates. The church service was held in front of some stores at a marketplace.
