September 2004 Mission Trip

The church was so full at the wedding, people had to look
through the windows to see. After a church service we walked to a nearby river for a baptism ceremony. Some cows came down to the river for a drink just as we were starting the baptism service. No, we didn't baptize them.

Pastor Henry, Pastor Caleb, Reverend Edwin and I baptized 83 new believers. What a blessing!

After the baptism service we went back to the church and served a meal to approximately 350-400 people with food that the team members had purchased. Pam, Annamaria and Linda were presented spoons by Reverend Edwin's wife, Winrose, as a gift
from the church.
